Some parts are intended to wear out with combat use, like the blades, and some items wear out after repeated use over time, like the rechargeable batteries. Dueling damage is not covered Normal wear and tear on these items is to be expected and is not a defect. However, if you feel these items did not give you the life you expected, please contact us anyway. Your satisfaction is paramount and we will go to great lengths to keep you a happy customer.

At first sight it is what you have expected. Now, when you turn it on, the first impression of the sound is pretty awesome!!. The sound of the saber accompanies the movement perfectly. Excellent Quality!

This saber is super easy to spin and very user friendly. The colours are very bright, and the sound is loud. I have dropped it several times and it hasn’t broken. The hilt is a good weight for spinning and dueling. The screws in the hilt need to be tightened after a while but that’s an easy fix. Would definitely recommend and buy again!

Awesome product, I love the finish and the material, I would have preferred a translucent sheet but the white sheet is also very good, he sent demoro around 9 days from China to Mexico. I strongly recommend the store for your attention so dedicated and fast. No problem at all.
