The Warranty Period for sabers is 365 days from the date of delivery.

During the Warranty Period, ARTSABERS will repair or replace sabers that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

Some parts are intended to wear out with combat use, like the blades, and some items wear out after repeated use over time, like the rechargeable batteries. Dueling damage is not covered Normal wear and tear on these items is to be expected and is not a defect. However, if you feel these items did not give you the life you expected, please contact us anyway. Your satisfaction is paramount and we will go to great lengths to keep you a happy customer.

Phantom review

I like that the Phantom Lightsaber has a long hilt that's great for spinning . The lightsaber is fully functional and looks great. For the future i would wish to have the option for a D-ring or Covertec manually installed.

absolutely worth it!

I bought this lightsaber not long ago, and I had a great experience with it! This saber is totally worth the cost. it can change sound fonts, change colors, and it can withstand heavy dueling (in my experience). this saber is light weighted so it's easy to handle. I absolutely recommend this lightsaber to anyone who wants one to duel with.

Phantom Lightsaber from ARTSABERS

Our honest overall experience was that the item worked for less than 30 minutes after it was unpacked. The tips from the troubleshoot procedures did not work. The item is considered defect. A replacement kit will be presumably shipped. Though no delivery date of the delivery term indicated yet. We have bought an expensive toy that is not very week tested before shipped.

good saber but trouble with sound

i love the blade and i wanted to upgrade with a neopixel kit but i experienced a lot of trouble with the sound and im not sure anymore
