The Warranty Period for sabers is 365 days from the date of delivery.

During the Warranty Period, ARTSABERS will repair or replace sabers that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

Some parts are intended to wear out with combat use, like the blades, and some items wear out after repeated use over time, like the rechargeable batteries. Dueling damage is not covered Normal wear and tear on these items is to be expected and is not a defect. However, if you feel these items did not give you the life you expected, please contact us anyway. Your satisfaction is paramount and we will go to great lengths to keep you a happy customer.

Extremely happy and very surprised

I was very surprised at the quality of the saber I ordered. Considering it's price, I was a bit hesitant to make the purchase. I can gladly say now having used said lightsaber for the short time I've had it, it's really beautiful. The craftmanship, the weight, the grip, the durability of the blade itself, is all top notch and blew me away. With many different custom setting for sound and color, it's a great purchase. And with a very easy to deconstruct grip to fix or customize the lightsaber as you see fit. I will say however, how you change between colors and sounds is very, very irritating. Along with a, at least for me, a very hard to remove battery. But not a deal breaker. If your on the fence about purchasing this particular saber, this model is just awesome to mess around with.

The blade fit loose. I had to wrap the blade end with 4 wraps of masking tape for a snug fit. Plus, the tape gives the set screws a place to tighten against without damaging your blade as they need to be tightened quite tight.

Mehr als erwartet. Super Laserschwert

Lange Lieferzeit 6,5 Wochen nach Bayern, aber das ist es wert. Unerwarteter Weise kam das Laserschwert in einem gepolsterten Hardcase (Koffer), dabei war noch ein Acrylglashalter, Werkzeug, Schrauben, Akku, Ladegerät und Kurzbedienungsanleitung. Das Laserschwert ist super verarbeitet und sieht sehr hochwertig aus. Die Neopixelklinge ist extrem ****. Specialeffects funktionieren super präzise und empfindlich. Sound ist klar und laut. Die Handhabung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, was aber aufgrund der Vielzahl der Einstellungsmöglichkeiten positiv zu bewerten ist. Der mitgelieferte Akku hält über 2 Stunden Spielzeit. Ein externes Ladegerät wird mitgeliefert, somit kann ein zweiter Akku zeitgleich geladen werden. Da wir mit dem Shop keine Erfahrung hatten und lange Zeit keine Statusänderung von der Bestellung bekommen haben, waren wir etwas ungeduldig und haben zweimal nachgefragt. Wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Support ist demnach auch super. Fazit: Shop ist seriös und bekommt eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

LOVE IT.

i got this saber a few days ago and it is the coolest thing i have ever owned. once i figured out how to do all the functions i am having all that much more fun with it! great lights and sounds as well, definitely recommend.
