The Warranty Period for sabers is 365 days from the date of delivery.

During the Warranty Period, ARTSABERS will repair or replace sabers that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

Some parts are intended to wear out with combat use, like the blades, and some items wear out after repeated use over time, like the rechargeable batteries. Dueling damage is not covered Normal wear and tear on these items is to be expected and is not a defect. However, if you feel these items did not give you the life you expected, please contact us anyway. Your satisfaction is paramount and we will go to great lengths to keep you a happy customer.

Excellent saber. Cannot say enough good things. I did my research before purchasing and I am so glad I went with artsabers. The delivery was FAST and the shipping was SECURE! Excellent lightsaber

Excellent product, arrived with impeccable packaging complete with unlock code. The hilt is spectacular as well as the quality of the Neopixel blade. The package has arrived on the expected date, but the Live Tracking update was a little bit slow. The lightsaber manages to make colors and sounds that make it truly realistic. I recommend this product

Great saber! My new favourite for display. It came in the nice case (I made sure to ask for it due to some of the reviews and the seller assured me it would come with it) with a stand and blade plug. The ignition switch is like white quartz instead of mother of pearl but looks great. The only problem is charging - you have to pull apart the whole thing which has a lot of resistance and I worry about breaking it and then you have to remove the battery to charge. I much prefer to have a charge port even if it is less movie accurate. Overall though great saber and really more for display than use.

Great laser sword! (2 cm smaller than the standard Black series/hasbro sabers) but of good quality, conform to the description! I am very happy with my purchase! Good communication with the seller and received quickly (in 1 week)
