The Warranty Period for sabers is 365 days from the date of delivery.

During the Warranty Period, ARTSABERS will repair or replace sabers that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

Some parts are intended to wear out with combat use, like the blades, and some items wear out after repeated use over time, like the rechargeable batteries. Dueling damage is not covered Normal wear and tear on these items is to be expected and is not a defect. However, if you feel these items did not give you the life you expected, please contact us anyway. Your satisfaction is paramount and we will go to great lengths to keep you a happy customer.

ARTSABERS Luke Skywalker V2 Force FX Lightsaber Neopixel Blade Review

Best lightsaber I’ve ever owned!!!

There’s just something about holding your first, prop quality lightsaber. I have 5 Hasbro Black Series Force FX sabers and a custom neopixel saber built from a seller on Etsy and I can honestly say this one blows them all out of the water. A quick breakdown of pros and cons: Pros: + Outstanding Order to delivery time (three weeks and I’m stationed overseas!! It shipped three days after I ordered it) + the xenopixel (custom proffie) board; so many sound font and blade color options to play around with. + Build quality; seriously this could be a movie prop. The metal milling is exquisite. It’s a work of art. + Blade quality; the neopixel blade is gorgeous and flawless. + the extras; the carrying case, extra screws, hex tool, stand, blade plug all scream “attention to detail and care.” They even built a ring of LEDs into the top of the hilt so if you ignite it without the blade installed it glows as if the crystal is active inside. Cons: - the only gripe I have is the plastic speaker enclosure on mine was cracked. It looks as if the assembly screw holding the inner electronics chassis was over tightened and it cracked. HOWEVER, it does not adversely affect operation and you only see it when you remove the pommel to charge the saber. Since I don’t intend to duel with mine, I don’t believe it will worsen. All in all, I am supremely impressed. This is what I imagine a “real” lightsaber would feel like. The saber is beyond my expectations and easily matches or beats sabers from other companies costing twice as much.

AMAZING lightsaber! Beautiful finish. Balanced very well and is the perfect size and weight to fit perfectly in the hand. Very bright light. Easy to change colors. Fabulous sound fonts to choose from. Very sturdy and we've had some hard hitting duels with this and it holds up fine. Super fast shipping -- less than a week from when I ordered it. Top notch customer service. Totally satisfied in every way. Perfect 5 stars!!!!!
