Some parts are intended to wear out with combat use, like the blades, and some items wear out after repeated use over time, like the rechargeable batteries. Dueling damage is not covered Normal wear and tear on these items is to be expected and is not a defect. However, if you feel these items did not give you the life you expected, please contact us anyway. Your satisfaction is paramount and we will go to great lengths to keep you a happy customer.

The good: I really like the Luke Skywalker Force FX Lightsaber I got. The quality seems pretty good and I really like that it came in a case with accessories. The bad: The stand it came with looks like it was warped by heat. It's not straight at all and because of this was hard to assemble. It does works but it doesn't look good and I plan on getting a better one. And at first I thought the lightsaber didn't work because pushing down on the activation switch did nothing. There's a flat 'button' overlay on the Luke saber that you push down on. The problem is the activation switch itself under the button needs to sink down lower than flush to activate. So pushing the flat overlay button down doesn't push the actual switch down far enough. Once I realized the issue I put a drop of my wifes clear nail polish on the switch button itself to make it a little bit taller and then the flat overlay button was able to push the switch down far enough to activate the lightsaber. More discouraging though is I contacted Artsabers about this issue and even included a video documenting the problem and they never responded to me. All in all I'm happy with the Luke saber and plan on getting a Vader and Kenobi to go with it. But I'm not sure if I'll be buying from the same company. Because while I was able to fix my issue it bothers me that if I hadn't been able to fix the issue the company never responded to me. So I'd have been left with a $350. saber that didn't really work.

First Time Buyer

The product looks great and handles well. The only issue I have is with the extremely small instruction booklet. Even with my reading glasses on it was very difficult to read. If not for that I would have given it 5 stars.

Sehr gutes Lichtschwert

Das Lichtschwert fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an und man erkennt die Liebe für das Detail. Alles ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Bei dem Lichtschwert welches ich bekam reagiert die An/Aus Taste nur nicht so wie sie sollte Bzw. Lässt sich manchmal nur schwer drücken. Ansonsten ein sehr gelungener Kauf und mein nächstes Lichtschwert werde ich auch nochmal bei Artsabers Kaufen.

So far so good. Shipment was fast and easy and the product was as described. So far just getting used to the product and hope it stays as sturdy and functioning as it seems so far. Very happy with it and leaves me with a gigantic smile on my face every time I turn it on :D

Délai un peu longs pour l’envoi mais car il y avait eu beaucoup de commandes avec les fêtes de fin d’année. Ensuite une fois posté arrivée rapide. Le sabre est lourd, bien fini. De qualité. Mallette superbe. Très fidèle réplique. Au début très compliqué pour la prise en main. Il faut bien le charger sinon on croit qu’il ne fonctionne pas bien. Il faut le charger avec un chargeur de 1 ampère. Idem la lame ne s’allumait pas à un autre moment mais je l’avais mal fixée. Le fonctionnement avec un seul bouton est très compliqué tellement il y a de fonctions mais après une journée d’essais et de tutoriels sur le net la prise en main est maintenant complète. La notice est compliquée. Les configurations sont très complètes avec nombreux effets, et plusieurs musiques d’ambiance. La lame neopixel est fabuleuse. 92cm me semble finalement un peu grand. Les couleurs superbes. Luminosité parfaite même en plein jour. Le son est très puissant. Content de cet achat pour le moment.
