Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, you’ll have to send your item back at your own cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition of an item 

If you have changed your mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened, unwrapped and unused, in the original packaging and condition.


Non-returnable items

The following categories are not eligible for a "Changed Mind" return:

  • Gift Cards;
  • Personalized items with our logo or your name;
  • Orders for commercial or non-domestic use;


Processing your "Changed Mind" return 

For all "Changed Mind" please email to our customer care team. A member of our customer team will assist you with planning your return.

We will require photos and in some cases videos to be sent along with your return request. showing that the item and its original packaging are both in an acceptable condition, before "Changed Mind" return can be processed.

Once we receive the returned item from you and it is determined to be in and acceptable condition, we will provide you with either a refund or store credit (as decided by you).


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are processed within 3 - 5 business days.


Klarna Refunds

 If you have made a purchase on our store through Klarna, your refund will be processed and credited back to your Klarna Account. You will need to contact Klarna directly to issue a refund back to your bank account.


 You are able to cancel your order with no penalty if we haven't started prodcution! You must cancel your order before production has started. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund. We move things pretty fast here to ensure you receive your saber quickly! If order has been shipped, there is payable fee to change shipping address. Please keep that in mind before placing your order !
