Does not work
Used it for one day, then it shut off and would not turn on.
I offered the saber on Xmas eve, it was perfectly working : sounds and lights were looking great. BUT the following morning, after my son had reloaded / recharged it for an hour, it did not work anymore, although nothing happened to it: it did not fall or was not touched during the reload. I wrote 5 days ago to "contact us" but no reply from you so far. I am looking forward to your reply. What is the process to have the saber fixed or to get my money back ? Regards, Florentine Valton
The real deal!
Shipping time was around 2 weeks. originally ordered the Duox with the standard RGB blade, but after doing some research, I wish I got the Neopixel…I emailed them and they responded within 12 hrs and were able to help me change my order! The 11 sound fonts/blade effects/ignitions/hilt quality are all really nice! Was unsure about what I would receive, but such a cool product and I will be back for more with ArtSabers! Really wonderful first saber purchase experience!
Disappointed in the product
I was very excited to buy my first lightsaber, and I was stoked to get the saber here and have it work when it got out of the box. Not two weeks later it stopped working. The light flashes as if it is charging but it doesn’t make sound, and it doesn’t come on. Considering I paid almost 180$ for this, I’m very disappointed that it stopped working after a couple of weeks and only a handful of uses. I am beyond the 30 day from purchase refund policy so I cannot request a refund, but I will definitely not be purchasing another lightsaber from this company. Very disappointed and very angry.

It’s a great item. Bigger than I expected which I’m glad about. My only complaint is that it gets hard to choose which color you want at times but I’m glad the option for all colors is there
