The Warranty Period for sabers is 365 days from the date of delivery.

During the Warranty Period, ARTSABERS will repair or replace sabers that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

Some parts are intended to wear out with combat use, like the blades, and some items wear out after repeated use over time, like the rechargeable batteries. Dueling damage is not covered Normal wear and tear on these items is to be expected and is not a defect. However, if you feel these items did not give you the life you expected, please contact us anyway. Your satisfaction is paramount and we will go to great lengths to keep you a happy customer.

Closest thing to a real lightsaber!

So many features and very customisable. Only issue is that mine does not have the wall stabbing effect and the drag on the floor effect as seen in the review video.

I ordered the empty hilt after asking for it and the seller made that a buying option just for me initially and the shipping was pretty fast. Condition was good although the clamp did not hold perfectly after clipping it down but that being only a accessory it is fine. Very high quality for the price though.

This saber is amazing! It totally blew my expectations through the roof. The smoothswing works really and the speaker in this thing is amazing. Blaster block, Lockup, drag, melt and a lot of soundfonts preinstalled - this saber got it all and this is a legit Proffie Neopixel saber. I even got a stand and a saberplug as a gift, so thank you very much, I love your work!

I have to say anyone that wants to get a lightsaber and is worried about where to get it from, get it form LGT! Great customer service!!! Insanely fast delivery I couldn’t believe it and works just like it’s supposed to. Only issue I had with my is the small clip on the side came slightly broken and came off. A little bit of fixing and it’s back on. Doesn’t affect product and looks amazing! Will be getting all my lightsabers from LGT

The sword is beautiful, besides very detailed endings, the company is very professional the deal of the sales staff is the best I 've ever seen, I'm too fast. I'm happy! No doubt in my opinion better than Star Wars Galaxy Edge, really the fancy sword and sent a luxury case with the sword, I recommend it to everyone. I 'd give you more stars if they existed! Fantastic
