At first I was skeptical but upon arrival you can immediately tell that the saber is well crafted. The only drawback I had with this specific design was that the blade is not seated as securely as I would like but I guess that's just the design and the tip of the blade was seated just off-centre, so it's not perfect. Nevertheless it is a beautiful looking saber and I am already considering getting another one! (different design).
I live in Colombia and got here before the estimated delivery time. I was luckier then the previous one (hope your problem gets solved fast and in your favour lad, I feel bad for you it really sucks the situation) Mine works fine, no weird movements or damages whatsoever I love every centimetre of it sounds good, lights perfectly, my only feedback will be about the battery level indicator (that doesn’t exist) and the igniter that should be more “clicky” than what it is at this moment. Thank you everyone in the team.
I bought the Qui Gon Jinn lightsaber and the shipping was quite fast. However, upon receiving the item I started it up with the blade plug in and it worked fine. Then I tried it with the blade. It wouldn’t turn on. I tried charging it assuming the battery was dead. There was no indication the battery was charging. I reached out to Artsabers and was advised to take out the battery to reset it. Upon trying to get to the battery one of the screws stripped and I was unable to get it out. At this point I stopped hearing from Artsabers. I sent multiple emails and chats. Eventually I tried sending it in for an exchange which has cost almost as much as buying a new neopixel. I still have yet to hear back as to if the exchange will be honored or if I will be able to get my money back.
The materials of the saber are of excellent manufacture, the only flaw is that there are only 2 holes for Allen screws and the blade tends to make small movements while using it, nothing to worry about. A little slow shipping but due to the transport.
