Who’s the Mysteriously Masked Sith-Lord in ‘The Acolyte’

The Acolyte, which premiered yesterday, June 4th, has ignited fan theories surrounding the identity of the masked figure wielding a red lightsaber who speaks to Mae in a distorted voice.

This villainous master is seen only once in the first two episodes when he seems to be meeting Mae on a deserted beach on an unknown planet.

Who Is The Sith?

From a mere glance, it's impossible to identify the Sith Master who resides behind the mask accurately.

The identity and agenda of the new Sith will surely roll out over time. In the meantime, have a glance at the master if you haven't already seen him.

What Does The Sith Want?

Mae has been assigned a task to kill four Jedi by the Sith master. These Jedi were on Mae's home planet when a fire occurred that killed her family. Mae thought her twin sister Osha had died in the fire, too, but she found that Osha was alive.

On meeting with Mae, the Sith Lord says:

“The Jedi live in a dream, a dream they believe everyone shares; if you attack a Jedi with a weapon, you will fail, steel or laser are no threat to them, but an Acolyte, an Acolyte kills without a weapon. An Acolyte kills the dream.”

The exciting twist is even Mae doesn't know who this Sith is.

Stay tuned for upcoming updates.
