Warranty Policy

Each ARTSABERS lightsaber purchased through our store comes with full 12 month warranty.

If your lightsaber, electronics or blade becomes faulty within 12 months of receiving your lightsaber, we will organize a return or replace your lightsaber free of charge.

If your lightsaber becomes faulty within the 12 month warranty period please contact us at artsabers@gmail.com

Please Note - We will inspect the lightsaber to ensure there has been no case of physical neglect, If there is clear signs of physical neglect the warranty claim will not be approved.

Refunds are only eligible within 14 days of receiving your lightsaber or we cannot repair or replace your lightsaber under a warranty claim.
