Who is Kanan Jarrus
During the Clone Wars, Kanan Jarrus (born: Caleb Dume) was a male human Jedi Knight with Force sensitivity who managed to elude Order 66. Master Depa Billaba's sacrifice on Kaller increased his chances of survival. On Kaller, he met smuggler Janus Kasmir, who gave him advice on how to live as a runaway.
He temporarily abandoned his Jedi traditions and went into hiding, replacing his blue-bladed lightsaber with a blaster. Jarrus decided to join Hera Syndulla's fledgling rebel cell after working with her as a Twi'lek rebel operative during the Gorse Conflict.
As Syndulla's deputy, the two eventually became romantically involved. Though still a Padawan, Jarrus became the young Force-sensitive Ezra Bridger's Jedi mentor after he joined the Spectres.
What Kind of Lightsaber Kanan Jarrus wielded?
Padawan Kanan Jarrus's lightsaber was a two-piece blue blade that became his companion piece and helped him fight in the Rebellion against the Galactic Empire after the destruction of the Jedi Order.
As a member of the initial rebellion, Jarrus kept using his lightsaber, trading blows with numerous adversaries such as Darth Vader, the Seventh Sister, the Fifth Brother, the Eighth Brother, and the former Sith Lord Maul. Just before he passed away, Rukh knocked the lightsaber from Jarrus's hand.
Governor Arihnda Pryce found the lightsaber soon after and gave it to Grand Admiral Thrawn as evidence of the Jedi's demise. Huyang is looking after Kanan's extra emitter for this lightsaber, which Ezra Bridger used to make his third lightsaber.
