Will Star Wars Finally Solve The Mystery Behind Jedi Lore? Know Here!

The Mandalorian was a new era for Star Wars. Released only a few weeks before The Rise of Skywalker, the series offered a new perspective on the universe. The episodic story of a bounty hunter and his young charge solidified Disney+'s place in the streaming market and made live-action TV the franchise's obvious future.

5 years down the line, the big screen is once again in the spotlight. There are now 4 Star Wars films in development, from millennia before the prequels to years after the sequel trilogy finale.

The Possible Connection

The Mandalorian and Grogu, an upcoming movie from the Mandalorian franchise, presents a significant chance to resolve a significant Jedi enigma on which the Star Wars franchise stands.

James Mangold’s upcoming Dawn of the Jedi will provide a lot of answers, but The Mandalorian and Grogu might set the stage by revealing a crucial piece of Jedi lore.

If you remember Din Djarin and Grogu go to Tython in The Mandalorian Season 2, so that young Grogu can make a call to every Jedi that is still alive, a call that Luke Skywalker finally answers. The planet Tython appears more than 30,000 years in the past in the 2012 comic book series Dawn of the Jedi.

Even in season 3 of The Mandalorian, there were many flashbacks, including the one that showed how Grogu survived Order 66. Connections like these could finally explain a lot of details about one of the Galaxy's most mysterious planets, Tython, and the Force that fans are eagerly waiting for a long time.

Other upcoming features include Untitled New Jedi Order film by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and

Untitled New Republic film by Dave Filoni.

Keep an eye on the dates as the upcoming years are going to be extremely exciting for the Galaxy, far, far away.
